Module 2 goes into more detail about how lead damages the ability to learn, discusses how educators can help children who have been lead poisoned, and summarizes the educational rights, under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004 (IDEA) Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, of children who have been lead poisoned.
