1. Provide background of what is known about how bone and immune cells interact
2. Describe knowledge gaps between animal vs. human research in this topic area
3. Discuss potential clinical research studies that would provide data to address these knowledge gaps

2. Identify one or more barriers to implementing the evidence or expert opinion in research practice
3. Describe one or more strategies necessary either to implement the evidence/expert opinion or overcome any barrier to implementation.

1. Learn about the physiologic role of sclerostin in bone and its correlation with free estrogen index in postmenopausal women
2. Discuss potential barriers to studying sclerostin availability of sclerostin assay
3. Identify potential strategies to overcome assay availability.

2. Describe potential barriers to influenza vaccination in older adults – physician and patient perspectives
